Youth Able Strong And Bold

Promoting Youth Development with Sound Mind

What is the YASAB Club?

The YASAB Club (Youth Against Substance Abuse) is dedicated to empowering young individuals by providing support, education, and resources to combat the challenges posed by substance abuse. Through a faith-based approach, we focus on promoting mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being while offering practical solutions to help youth build a healthier, substance-free future.

The Problem

The Use of substance is a growing problem globally and young people are not spared of the negative effects. Youth is a period of vibrance, strength, and opportunities. Unfortunately, many young people are at risk of missing out on the wonderful opportunities of youth due to the effects of substance use. Drug overdose-related deaths, violence, and suicide are some of the adverse consequences of substance use on the youth population. Many young people lose educational and economic opportunities due to lifestyle issues and negative environmental influences. To make things worse, many are stigmatized on account of the impact of substance use. YASAB Club will provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help young people be informed, learn, and motivated to take action that will lead to the victory of a drug-free life.

Global Data Highlight for substance Abuse
