VISION
To be a leading light in serving humankind globally.
You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms
MISSION
To provide physical and spiritual support to vulnerable people around the world while proclaiming the teachings of Christ.
Blessed are those who have regard for the weak; the Lord delivers them in times of trouble.
Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.
VALUES AND PRINCIPLES
Our core values and guiding principles include service, compassion, faith, community, partnership, transparency, excellence, and impact.
1.Service– We strive to put others before ourselves in attending to individual, family, and community needs.
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
2.Faith– Our work is anchored on trust in the name of Jesus Christ to make a difference in the world.
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
3. Community– We engage people-centered approaches in our service delivery and ministry.
God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.” Continually serving others is a form of expressing our faith in and to God
4. Compassion -We are driven in the spirit of love to serve all of humanity.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
5. Partnership – We work with individuals, communities, and organizations to identify and address critical needs.
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor..
6. Transparency – We promote truth, and openness, and welcome scrutiny of our activities both internally and with our partners
Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.
7. Excellence – We maintain high standards to provide services that meet the needs of the communities we serve.
But since you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you—see that you also excel in this grace of giving.
8. Impact – Our focus is to create physical and spiritual reformation through godly actions
Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
